Mactac (Stow, OH), a LINTEC Co., recently announced a new look and company name for Spinnaker Coating (Troy, OH), which was acquired by Mactac in early 2022.
This rebrand involves changing the acquired company’s name to Spinnaker Pressure Sensitive Products — according to a press release from Mactac. It also creates a new look that better aligns with Mactac and Lintec brands including a new logo and visual identity.
As a subsidiary of Mactac, Spinnaker will transform into a specialty labeling company. “The refreshed branding reflects the future of the Spinnaker business and creates visual unity between Spinnaker, Mactac and Lintec,” Ed LaForge, Mactac president and CEO is quoted in the release.
