Master Magnetics Promotes 3 to Senior Management Team

Master Magnetics (Castle Rock, CO) has promoted three people to its senior management team.

Alex Onda, who has been managing supply chain functions for the company since 2015, has been elevated to senior manager of operations. In his new role, he will continue to lead the purchasing, production, warehouse and quality assurance teams at the corporate headquarters in Castle Rock as well as at the production and distribution center in Marietta, OH.

Trisha Lycas, who joined Master Magnetics in 2018 and helped developed the company’s first e-commerce website, has been promoted to senior manager of sales and marketing. In her new role, Lycas will be responsible for the company’s revenue streams and oversee the customer service and marketing programs.

Lance Hill joined the company in 2013 as IT manager, with his role later expanding to include management of sales operations, security protocols and a hybrid work program. In his new position as senior manager of IT, he will narrow his focus on the deployment of the company’s technology investments to support sales growth.
